Offering every modern comfort, guests can choose between 3 or 4 bedrooms, accommodating up to 9 guests with cozy options for couples. Two distinct living areas feature oak floors, double glazing, a wood-fired stove, reverse-cycle heating/cooling, & modern fully-equipped kitchen. A ten minute drive will take guests to the Otways waterfalls, Otway Fly, bike trails and walks. Built in 2023, the home is nestled in historic Beech Forest township and offers a harmonious blend of modern comforts and natural beauty. • Accommodation: The standard rate includes 3 bedrooms, a powder room, one bathroom and separate toilet, sleeping 2-8 people. An optional extra is the master bedroom with king bed and en-suite with views over the valley for $75 p/night. Please message the host if you would like this option. • Living Spaces: Two distinct living areas featuring oak floors, double glazing, a wood-fired stove with oven and hot plates, reverse-cycle heating/cooling & open-plan design. • Kitchen: Cook with ease using the induction cooktop, fan-forced oven, and enjoy the convenience of a dishwasher and caesarstone bench tops. • Outdoor Pleasures: Relax on the expansive verandah with the convenient Webber BBQ, or the outdoor setting with fire pit. Surrounding Attractions: • Explore local highlights such as spectacular rainforest walks & waterfalls, the Otway Fly Treetop Adventures, Redwood Forest, and the famed Beech Forest rail trail. Lovely Johanna Beach is a 30 minute drive, the Twelve Apostles is 50 minutes, and glowworms and the amazing night sky is right at your doorstep! • Visit nearby cafes and restaurants, or enjoy craft beverages at local distilleries. • Immerse in the breath-taking views of Aire Valley from the comfort of your bathroom, bedroom, and living areas. Important Notes: • Seclusion: Enjoy privacy with the option to engage with host only as needed. • Safety: Supervise children at all times from the two dams and creek. • House Rules: Adhere to no-party policy. Rubbish: Leave compost and recycling, also *very* limited rubbish, as there is no Council collection to Beech Forest. Guest access The property is entirely yours to enjoy. There is ample parking on the property via the long circular driveway with 5 steps easy access to the front door. Key:- Before arrival, guests will be given a key code to access the key safe on site. Other things to note There is a small partly-fenced dam 50m from the house. Small children will need to be strictly supervised at all times. We cannot accept large boisterous dogs due to wildlife in the gullies that surround the property. Please check with us before booking to avoid disappointment. There is a small cabin half a kilometer away out of sight of the house that workers may access from the rear of the property during your stay. Please check the Victorian fire warnings and do not light the fire pit on days of Total Fire Ban. No Party Policy: We request guests not to play loud music and to move indoors by 11 pm. Sorry no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones. For security, there is a camera at the front of the house.
