During your stay, you will be the only occupant(s) in the house, with the ability to rent one bedroom, or all four, depending on how many people are in your party. You will not have access to the bedrooms that were not rented. Our beautiful home includes an expansive Master suite with a king sized bed and a smart TV, a second master bedroom, also with a smart TV, and two additional bedrooms, all containing extremely comfortable queen sized beds. Pricing depends on how many people are in your party, and how many bedrooms you need. The kitchen is stocked with a coffee maker, a coffee press, and just enough dishes and utensils to whip up a light meal. Enjoy your morning coffee on us, with coffee, creamer, and sugar in the pantry. Guest access Guests do not have access to the garage. During your stay We live around the corner, please contact us for any assistance you may need during your time in our beautiful townhome. Other things to note The townhouse is in North Las Vegas, about 10 miles away from the Fremont Experience/Downtown, and approximately 15 miles from the Strip, so either a private vehicle or Uber/Lyft is necessary to get around town quickly. There is also city bus stop just outside our development, if you decide to use public transportation.
