Roomy and cozy apartment of about 100 sqm, able to comfortably accommodate four people, located on the second floor of a renovated building without a lift. The property is located 5 minutes walk from the beach, in a quiet area of ​​Giardini Naxos, a beautiful seaside resort just 7 km from Taormina. The accommodation consists of kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, bathroom and three balconies (one of which has a sea view). *Airport shuttle service from/to Catania Airport available upon request* The space The inside is organized as follows: - LIVING ROOM with sofas, dining table, flat screen TV and access to the balcony (sea view); - KITCHEN with gas hob (4 burners), fridge, kettle, oven, dining table, kitchenware, wine glasses and access to the balcony; - BEDROOM I with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and access to the balcony; - BEDROOM II with two single beds and wardrobe; - BATHROOM with shower (raised), sink, bidet and toilet. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: air conditioning (split in the living room and in the two bedrooms), independent heating, washing machine (small laundry room), iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer. Guest access The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and will not be shared with the host or other tenants.
