The Brodl larch house was completed in 2023. This extraordinary house is located on A " FANTASTIC SUNNY HILLSIDE LOCATION WITH UNIQUE VIEWS " of the enchanting Styrian mountains. Underfloor heating throughout the house, also useful for seniors. The old farmhouse next to it is not inhabited, so you have a super secluded location !!! During the summer the farm is farmed , i.e. there are animals on the farm. The nearest place is reachable in 5 minutes by car. Gfrei mi auf Eich ! The space The house has underfloor heating throughout the house. You can move freely throughout the farm, discover and get to know everything. We have our own springs and therefore our own water. In summer there are many animals at the farm, which is especially nice for children.
