Relax and enjoy the sights and sounds of the goat farm in this quiet and comfortable guest house. Amanda & Scott have been raising goats since 2015. You'll have a chance to interact with the goats, maybe try to milk one (time of year depending), and enjoy the quiet life on the farm. This one bedroom guest house apartment is the second floor of a detached garage. It has windows all around, comfortable amenities, and is very close to some of the best wedding venues in the area. You'll enter down a long driveway and see the guest house on your right in the cul de sac. There is a staircase behind the front door that takes you up to the guest house. It is a open floorplan that feels very spacious. Windows on all sides allow for the most refreshing cross breeze to flow through the house and views of the farm and sunsets can't be beat. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook simple meals and we provide some goat milk and goat yogurt for you as well. The bedroom has a queen bed, but we can provide an additional air mattress if necessary. The shower is a bathtub shower. You'll have access to the guest house and by arranging a tour with Amanda and Scott, you are welcome to visit the goats during your stay as well. We are almost always around the farm and available to give you a tour or help with anything you need. A quick message through the app is how we like to be contacted best. This is a quiet residential neighborhood and most of the ranches have animals or avocado and citrus trees. We live in an agricultural area with a lot of farm properties so there are farm sounds all around. Don't be surprised to hear chickens, roosters, goats, dogs, peacocks, sheep, among other things.
