Please be advised that there are no elevators, escalators, or ramps available for PWD or mobility-restricted guests. 2. Cooking is not allowed inside our rooms. However, if you need to cook, we have a COMMON KITCHEN located outside the rooms. It is shared unless all 6 rooms are booked. KITCHEN INCLUSIONS: ⏲️ LPG 2-Burner Gas Stove 🍳 BASIC KITCHEN UTENSILS (kaldero, kawali, kasirola, sandok, siyanse, tongs, knife, & cutting board) 🍽️ DINING WARE (serving spoons, serving containers, plates, mugs, bowls, spoons & forks) – all available for your use 🔌 APPLIANCES (refrigerator, microwave, rice cooker & hot and cold water dispenser) 3. All OUTSIDE APPLIANCES such as cooking appliances/heat elements (induction cooker, oven, oven toaster, air fryer, iron, steamer, etc.) brought by guests will incur an electricity fee of ₱100/night per appliance. 4. This is a SELF-CHECK-IN TRANSIENT. Assistance will be provided online, and all detailed instructions will be sent on the day of your arrival. 5. Parking is available in front of the property and is equipped with 24/7 CCTV surveillance. (maximize parking space and share it with consideration for other guests so everyone can park properly.) 6. Strictly NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS and NO VISITORS allowed. Only BOOKED GUESTS are permitted to enter and stay on the premises for the safety and security of all. 7. PARTYING OR KARAOKE IS STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED. As per City Ordinance, NO LOUD DISTURBANCES, NOISE, OR NUISANCES are allowed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
