Right in the heart of Hamburg lies the trendy district of Ottensen, and we live right in the middle of it: With just a short 10-minute walk to the beautiful view of the harbor from the „Elbhang“, Ottensen’s shopping streets, or to Altona‘s central train station (and even quicker to the bus stop), our studio is ideally located for short and long stays. Museums, restaurants, cafés, boutiques, and a shopping center are all easily accessible without a car in a wide variety. The space The apartment is located in the rear part of our residential building, one of the first energy-saving houses in Hamburg. The ceiling is made of concrete and our apartment door is soundproofed, but our children can still be heard - especially when they play in the garden in the summer and you leave the windows open. With a shower & toilet in the same room (separated by curtains, but not by a door), the apartment is more suitable for families & couples, but we have also had many satisfied groups of friends as guests. Guest access From our common entrance, you can go straight through the middle door and then downstais. The apartment is separated by another door and you will find your key in the lock. Other things to note The Hamburg culture and tourism tax is already included in the price (usually €2 per person per night) and does not have to be paid separately.
