Come and stay with us [Home Layout] Two story house [Main floor] -Entry: will require a couple of steps to enter the house. -living room, kitchen and dining room -Bedroom #1: Located on the main floor with queen bed. -Bathroom #1 with no tub on the main floor. [Half floor up] -Laundry: Washer and dryer located in the upstairs hallway. -Bedroom #2: Two king beds [2nd floor]. -Bathroom #2: In the hallway with tub. -Bedroom #3: One queen bed. -Bedroom #4: Master bedroom with one queen bed. -Bathroom #3: Master bathroom located inside master bedroom with tub shower. -Bedroom #5: One queen bed. Kitchen: Has basic equipment for cooking, appliances and drip coffee pot. Dining: This house has two dining area. One with 4-seater dining table and one that seats up to 10. Living room: Two couches and TV is smart only- no cable. [OTHERS] -Parking available in the driveway. -Propane BBQ directly hooked up to the house. -No garage. -BBQ may need to be cleaned before use as it’s on an honor system. -Beach access from the house. Beach stairs in front of the house do not guarantee as storm can take away. -Propane fire pit located in the back deck. - Outdoor summer furniture such as dining table, lounge chair are available in the summer season only. -Unremovable carpet stains on stairs and bedrooms. (Carpet is clean) -This property has routine pest services set up, but in PNW you may still experience finding bees, ants, spiders, mosquitos, mice, bugs seasonally. -Hair dryer, iron, ironing board reach out 7 days in advance. - WIFI: No guarantee of internet speed or signal strength. Unexpected outages can occur. - Fireworks are not permitted on this property. This applies to 4th of July holiday and all other holidays/stays.
