An open modern 3-room apartment with large living room-kitchen, two bedrooms with terrace is at your disposal. The entire building was energetically renovated in 2021 and equipped with the latest heating and cooling technology. In summer, the large light fireplace can be opened or, if necessary, passively cooled via the ceiling. The apartment is also well suited for allergy sufferers due to the surface heating. There is a free parking space reserved for you at the property in front of the house. On about 78 m², you will live quietly on the first floor, but close to the center. Access from the parking lot to the apartment is via an external staircase. Bedroom 1 has a very comfortable double bed for you, where up to two people can feel comfortable. Sufficient cozy blankets and pillows are ready for you. All beds are freshly made, you do not have to bring your own bed linen. - Bedroom 1 for 2 people: double bed 180 x 210 - Bedroom 2 for 3 people: double bunk bed 90 x 185 cm, an extra bed as a pull-out bed, the upper floor in the double bunk bed is unfortunately unsuitable for adults. In the new modern bathroom, a large shower cabin with low entry and a bathtub await you, as well as plenty of fresh towels.
