This light-filled duplex apartment is located in the heart of the historic Klosterarkaden on the southern outskirts of Ravensburg.<br>Completely renovated in 2020, this approximately 40-square-meter loft captivates with its industrial charm, excellent transportation connections (Weissenau train station is right nearby, with direct access to the trade fair grounds and Friedrichshafen Airport), and a quiet location surrounded by greenery.<br><br>Here’s what you can expect from us:<br>The apartment is located on the first floor of an old bleaching plant and features its own garden as well as a furnished sun terrace.<br><br>You enter the modern living space through a private entrance. <br>In addition to the nearly five-meter-high walls and the huge casement windows, the vaulted ceiling made of red bricks is a reminder of the industrial past of this historic building.<br><br>Today, the space features a cozy sofa that can be pulled out into a bed if needed, a TV, a game cabinet, and a coat rack.<br><br>The kitchenette, equipped with a stove, sink, and refrigerator, features a small dining table that tucks away into the counter to save space and can be easily pulled out.<br>All utensils, glasses, and dishes—perfect for a cozy cooking evening, for example—as well as a French press and electric kettle are provided. Please help yourself to the selection of teas provided!<br><br>From the spacious living area, you can head into the bright bathroom with a rain shower and washing machine—or up the stairs to the cozy sleeping area with a bed, storage space, and bookshelf.<br><br>Ideal for those seeking peace and quiet and nature lovers:<br>The loft is located on a pedestrian path; cars don’t regularly drive here. Instead, you can step right out the front door into the greenery and the adjacent ZFP park. Here you’ll find a variety of amenities, such as a fitness trail, several animal enclosures, and a large playground.<br><br>Just a few minutes’ walk further on, you’ll reach the Mariataler Wäldle nature reserve with its old-growth trees and an idyllic pond—highly recommended, especially on snowy winter days or during hot summer months.<br>By the way, you can park your car for free about a two-minute walk from the loft.<br><br>Perfect for business travelers and trade show visitors:<br>Although the location is very quiet, you can get onto the B30 right around the corner.<br><br>It’s also just a five-minute walk to the Weissenau train station, with connections to the Friedrichshafen Trade Fair and Lake Constance Airport.<br><br>The “Torplatz” bus stop is also just a three-minute walk away.
