Our garden apartment is a short walk from the beach and has 1 bedroom with a king-size bed, and a sleeper couch in the lounge perfect for 2 kids or 1 adult. It has an en-suite bathroom with a large, luxurious shower. It has a large, well-equipped kitchen with a gas stove & oven, fridge and a microwave. There is a dining area to sit and enjoy meals together, and a lounge area with a smart TV. The apartment leads out onto a serene, communal garden and undercover patio area with a barbecue. The space Our large house with four private apartments is spacious and airy, with a serene, enclosed communal garden with seating areas, a great view of the nearby Durbanville hills, set in a lovely, quiet neighbourhood filled with families and pets! We are a short 200m walk from a glorious beach with excellent sunset views over Table Mountain, very popular with kite boarders and windsurfers in the summer, and excellent for long walks any time of the year. We offer a shared laundry with a washing machine, as well as ample storage space for sports gear. Our Wifi is excellent and has UPS. We have two large driveways with off street parking for up to two cars per apartment. The suburb of Sunset Beach is a short drive from most of the main attractions of Cape Town (about 20-30min drive to Table Mountain, and about 35min drive from the airport); and has easy access to MiCity, the public bus system. We have a local restaurant, coffee shops and a small grocery store only 600m walk from the apartment. Guest access Guests will have access to the apartment, and shared access to the patio, garden, 2 barbecue areas, the laundry and storage space for gear.
