The space Welcome to Paddles & Paradise, an amazing new lake house designed specifically for gathering with family and friends. Take out the provided 2 kayaks or stand up paddle board to paddle on the lake and then enjoy our paradise of a property, particularly the amazing sunsets over the expansive back green space. The lake is just a short walk through the front lawn, down a path and then you'll find our new 70ft dock with 12ft wide platform with double benches. Every part of this house has been renovated and updated from top to bottom. Every wall painted, new flooring installed in all bedrooms & upstairs, new countertops/faucets, 3 refrigerators and all of the furniture and mattresses are brand new! The most unique feature is our Garage Game Room that has front and back garage doors, so you will always have a place to play, rain or shine, and looks over 100 acres of community green space which you can enjoy both in the front and back of the house. The Game Room is equipped to keep you and your crew entertained for hours…turn on the races, play some tunes and catch a game of Ping Pong, Golden Tee, Buck Hunter, Darts, Corn Hole, Ladder Golf, Bocce Ball or a game of 1 on 1 on our Indoor Basketball Hoop! The first floor boasts over 2000sq ft of open living space, including front fun modern living room/dining area with custom reclaimed wood 10ft, 14 person farm house table and opens to newly updated kitchen, walk in pantry, and spacious front deck. The continuous flow is a Vacation House dream, from the front of the house you can see all the way to the back to the Great Room, which has an enormous 8 person leather sectional, 2 swivel chairs, leather ottoman, 75 inch smart TV, a gaming/puzzle nook and double slider doors that lead out to the extensive back patio, new hot tub, blackstone grill, volley/badminton net and custom firepit area with chairs for everyone. Also on the first floor is the "Sailboat" Guest Room with a Queen bed and across from that bedroom is a Full Bathroom with walk in shower. Upstairs you will find a massive Master Suite we call "Rustic Oasis" that looks over both the front and back landscape, French doors, a new King bed, 2 large closets, a spa inspired Master Bath, water closet and amazing whirlpool tub with backyard views. Next to the Master is a dedicated office area with counter height desk, office chair, plenty of electric outlets and a pocket door for easy privacy as well as a new washer & dryer. Also on the 2nd floor is the "Under the Sea" bunkroom that can sleep 4 adults or up to 6 kids (2 Full XL beds and 2 Twin XL beds). The other "Lakefront" bedroom has a Queen bed, Full futon & Twin bunk with a great pocket window view of the lake. All bedrooms have new mattresses/pillows/linens, Smart TV's, fans, and ample closet space for storage. There is also a big bathroom on the 2nd floor with pocket doors to separate the shower, double vanity, and toilet, so multiple people can get ready at the same time. If you are traveling with young kiddos, we have you covered! We happily supply a pack-n-play, high chair, baby bathtub, as well as a closet full of classic toys and games you are welcome to use! This house has tons of windows and basks in natural sunlight, central air for the warmer months, radiant floor heating in the winter and a SONOS stereo system with speakers connected in the dining/living area, front deck, and Garage Game Room so you can have the same music playing through the entire downstairs area. Our family has stayed in many rental properties throughout the years so we tried to take the best from each one and create our own to share with you. We focused on cleanliness, functionality, open flow with space for everyone and a kitchen stocked with everything you need to create amazing family meals. We also have an old school Nintendo gaming system hooked up to bring back that retro video game vibe and a variety of board games/puzzles you are welcome to use.
