The open studio has seating for the full group, a large smart TV with Wi-Fi streaming, and a galley kitchen stocked with all-new stainless steel appliances, a Keurig (K-cups included), a toaster, full cookware, and everything needed for real meals. The breakfast nook fits the group for dining in. SLEEPING AREA Two queen beds and a full bed with a trundle twin are set up in the dedicated sleeping area of the open studio. The trundle slides out from beneath the full bed for a 7th guest — everyone gets a real bed, no one is on the floor. BATHROOMS Two bathrooms keep the morning routine moving: a full bath with a brand-new stand-up shower, plus a half bath. Fresh linens and towels provided for all guests. LAUNDRY Full-size washer and dryer in-unit — great for beach laundry and longer stays. OUTDOOR SPACES The shared backyard has lounge chairs and lush greenery for evening wind-downs.
