This fun family-friendly lower house is in a quiet suburban area. The lower house sleeps 8 adults in beds. We can accommodate up to 4 children on air mattress/sleeping bag. Enjoy exclusive use of the full kitchen, gameroom, bar, and indoor gas fireplace, and the adjoining backyard with its pristine gardens, pool, custom hot tub, and grill/fireplace area. Chanticleer, Valley Forge Park, and Longwood Gardens are family favorites. The owners in the upper house will make sure your stay is perfect. The space The lower house is the ground floor of a two story building. The total living space of the lower house is 3500 sq. ft. The 4 bedrooms in the lower house are situated around a large central games room/bar area. Along with a swimming and hot tub area, the lower house back yard includes sitting areas, a flat grass field, and active bird feeding areas. Amplified music is not allowed outdoors. The owners reside in the upper house and use the front yard. Guest access The lower house and adjoining back yard are accessed from a designated parking spot, located at the end of the 600 foot driveway. Other things to note The lower house has no direct views of neighbors. From the lower house yard, a house can be seen in the distance. The property is surrounded by a high fence and cattle guard to provide privacy and keep deer out. These allow flowers, shrubs, bushes and trees to flourish.
