I have a room available for rent in a quiet 4-bedroom, 2-bath home located directly across from beautiful Roadrunner Park close to shopping, restaurants, & Loop 202. The room is a fully furnished Queen Suite that includes a high-quality queen-size mattress, hotel quality sheets, high-end wood furnishings, & a 55” TV. Guests will have access to the entire house, including the resort style pool area. The space 30 night minimum. Keyed Room. No cleaning fee. Guests are responsible for keeping room clean during stay. Cleaning products are provided. This listing is for 1 person only (1 additional guest is allowed for an extra fee). Shared bathroom. Included in the room is a 55” screen Samsung TV with Apple TV. A free YouTube TV guest account that includes over 75 channels (local networks included). OVER 1,000 highly rated iTunes movies are also included free of charge. Netflix, HBO Max, Prime, Disney, & many other apps are included on the Apple TV home screen, but you must have your own account to sign into those. Blackout curtains are installed in the bedroom. Decorative pillows shown in pics will not be in the room upon arrival. These are stored away & are not used during stay. The Guest is permitted to use the kitchen space, including the use of the stove, oven, microwave, Keurig, & dishes. Food & drinks are permitted within the Guest’s room. This listing includes 1 parking spot on the road in front of the house. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house, with exception of the other bedrooms. The hot tub is not available at this time. During your stay I work from my home office half of the time, so I’m readily available for questions or concerns.
