Comfortable Mountain-View Cottage

** We're really pleased to be offering the cottage following a full two-year renovation ** Our cottage provides ideal accommodation for your short break or longer stay. Blaenau Ffestiniog is the perfect location for an active holiday in Snowdonia, for just relaxing, or for a bit of both. The cottage is perfectly located for Zip World, Bounce Below and many other activities. The space The cottage provides a comfortable base for your short or long holiday (or work trip), whether you intend this to be full of activities, a chill out, or a combination of both. The cottage sleeps up to five people in two bedrooms. One of the rooms has a double bed, and the other has a single bed and single bunk beds. There’s wardrobe storage in the bedrooms. You can either bring your own bed linen (we provide duvets and pillows for all guests) and towels, or we can provide and launder bed linen and / or towels for an extra charge (see "Other Things to Note"). In the living room there are two comfy sofas, a dining table, sideboard, a selection of books, DVDs, local information, smart TV (Freeview and internet apps) and BluRay player. Last but not least, there's a wood-burning stove for you to enjoy. High-speed wireless internet is accessible throughout the cottage. The kitchen is well appointed, having an in-built microwave oven, four-ring hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and plenty of pots, pans, utensils, glasses and crockery. The bathroom is upstairs with the bedrooms and has a sink, toilet, and large walk-in shower. The cottage is fitted with smart electric heating throughout, including in both bedrooms and the bathroom. Individual rooms can be heated according to your preferences. Hot water is provided by an instantaneous heating system, ensuring that you always have hot water available in the kitchen and bathroom. Off-street parking is available directly in front of the cottage. Guest access During your stay you'll have exclusive use of the cottage. Other things to note We don't automatically charge for providing bed linen and towels as many guests choose to bring their own. This is great for the environment and our guests' pockets, particularly for shorter stays. Of course, if you would like us to provide and launder bed linen and towels, we are pleased to hire these to you. It is just £20 / stay (that single flat charge covers all guests and all nights of your stay). Just let us know when you book or before your stay. Particularly for shorter stays we know that it is not necessary to clean the cottage from top to bottom between guests (while, of course, ensuring that everything is clean and tidy before your arrive). Therefore, we ask you to leave the cottage clean and tidy as you found it and we don't automatically charge for cleaning. But, if you would prefer, we can provide a cleaner, which will be charged at £25 / stay. As Airbnb does not enable these options to be selected as needed, just let us know what you need and we'll send you an Airbnb "Special Offer" or booking alteration which will include the property costs and any extras.
