Must be U.S. Citizen to book. Signer of agreements must have a valid U.S. Driver's License and valid U.S. Auto Insurance in their name. Quiet Time is ENFORCED 10:00 PM through 8:00 AM Security Deposit required of $350 and up to $500. Deposit to be processed by Host on guest's credit card unless already included during booking. Additional Pet Fee required of $375.00-$450.00 per pet. Please specify if your pet is an ESA or SD. If you bring a pet you will be required to supply current pet vaccination records. Amount of guests on reservation will be the amount of amenity wristbands you will receive for your stay. There will be no changes to the amount of wristbands - it is based on the amount of guests on the initial reservation. CHECK-IN: You will receive an email 72 hours before check-in with check-in instructions. Our concierge will meet you on-site for check-in to complete a walk-through, and you will be required to complete the check-in form (please note that only the person whose name is on the reservation can complete the required check-in form). Our concierge will release the door code to the home upon your arrival. We will coordinate with you on the day of check-in for arrival times. Guest will have all inclusive access to Camp WaterColor, which is a short golf cart ride away from the home! Camp WaterColor includes the butterfly pool with a monarch slide for older children, the caterpillar pool with a skipper slide for smaller children, the lazy lizard pool with a lazy river and an on-duty lifeguard. There is also a basketball court, playing field, and playground. Camp WaterColor also provides restaurants and a gift shop! Additionally, guests will have full access to the newly renovated WaterColor Beach Club, which features golf cart and bike parking, 3 luxury pools, and towel service. All pools have spacious lounge areas. There is also beachfront dining at WaterColor Beach Club! Guests have access to all other WaterColor community amenities, which includes a total of 9 community pools, various tennis courts, boccee and pickle ball areas, playgrounds, and playing fields! *We are only able to accommodate wristbands for amenity access for the amount of people on your reservation.
