In case you change your mind and would like to cancel or reschedule your shuttle, please let us know at least 1 hour prior. Any later cancellations will be subject to a cancellation charge of 3,500 JPY. Additional staff such as a spa therapist and babysitter are available upon request at extra cost. Other things to note Shousugi is self-catering. A private chef may be booked in advance for a unique in-house dining experience (Japanese, Western or Thai).
