The Historic Big Bear Cabin is a private one room cabin located three blocks from the heart Gatlinburg. This cabin offers one queen size bed and private bath. Our Big Bear Cabin offer amenities similar to a hotel but the feel of a cozy cabin. Free parking is directly in front of the cabin. There are stepping stones guest(s) must use to reach this one room cabin. Big Bear was built from logs hewn in 1845 as a church and then made into hiking cabin to include indoor plumbing and AC. The space This is a one room cabin that features a gas fireplace and a private porch. It provides a scenic view of the mountains and some local attractions. It offers one queen size bed and a private bath. Guest access This unit has a private entrance that is accessed from a private parking space located directly in front of the cabin. Please note that there are steps leading to the cabin that are on a slight incline. Other things to note We ask that you treat the unit with respect and appreciation. Guests are expected to leave the unit as they found it with trash bagged and tied and towels placed in shower. Cleaning tips from the Centers for Control and Prevention (CDC) are implemented. The restricted guest age is because of open rail design on the porch. The "no animals" house rules includes pets and emotional support animals and is due to allergy and medical reason and is not meant to discriminate in any way. Thank you for your understanding.
