Fairy Cottage

Fairy cottage is a self contained unit set overlooking our fairy garden. The cottage consists of 1 bedroom with a queen bed and a sofa bed in the lounge room. There’s 1 bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The front porch has a swing seat overlooking the fairy garden. Feel free to wander around the property excluding our home and back yard. Approximately 5 mins to local vineyards, 20 mins to Pokolbin. Lots of local pub’s and restaurants nearby too most with a courtesy bus. Just a lovely spot The space Fairy cottage has a bedroom with a comfortable queen bed and a queen sofa bed in the lounge room. There’s one bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and country views from the kitchen window. A 4 seat dining table and TV included. The Porch has a comfortable swing chair and bench seat overlooking the fairy garden. The front paddock has a pond with plenty of native bird life feel free to wander around the fully fenced property excluding our home and back yard. We’re only a few minutes to some of the best vineyards in Lovedale with plenty of local pubs and restaurants in Greta ,Branxton and Huntlee - some with courtesy buses. For those who love to walk there’s a nature park down the road with a pathway that takes you down to the Hunter River Guest access Through the solar gate and around the drive you will find the Fairy Cottage with your own off street parking. You will have access to the front of the property excluding our home and back yard. There’s chickens roaming around the property in the afternoon so please keep the gate closed so they don’t get into the fairy garden thanks. There’s a fresh supply of eggs from our chickens if you want to cook up some for your breakfast Other things to note We do have a small friendly dog Scruffy but he is in our fenced backyard or on a leash.
