Located within walking distance to all the adorable shops, restaurants, and breweries that Downtown Miamisburg has to offer. This cute little house has a great yard and a relaxing private patio. We have totally redone the inside ...but kept all the charm! The original hardwood floors are beautiful and the tall ceilings with crown molding speak to the southern charm of the space. We have all new furniture throughout and a new, full bathroom with washer/dryer was added to the primary bedroom. The space We went with a romantic, french country theme in our color scheme and decor for the space. The furniture is overstuffed to provide you with as much comfort as possible. Other things to note There is a narrow wood staircase to two of the bedrooms and a new luxury bathroom upstairs. We do have one bedroom and a full bath downstairs on the first floor as well.
