Other things to note The Watthuus in the small village of Eilsum (neighboring town of Greetsiel) has been equipped with a lot of love for detail and can accommodate up to 6 people in the two-bedroom apartment with an additional sofa bed in the living room. We are also happy to provide you with a cot, a toy box and a high chair free of charge. The quiet location not far from Greetsieler Sieltief makes this home particularly attractive as a vacation stay. Through the bright hallway you can reach all rooms of the approx. 90 sqm apartment at ground level. Upstairs there is another 70 sqm apartment for 2 people (see "sea seasons"). This apartment has a separate house entrance. The large, bright living and dining area is located in the north/west direction with beautiful views over the property. The large living landscape invites you to linger and, if necessary, can be pulled out with a handle and converted into a sofa bed. The generously equipped bright fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer combination, oven, induction stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and many other extras makes cooking on vacation an experience. Large floor-to-ceiling windows allow a beautiful view from the dining table into the garden. Two high-quality bedrooms equipped with box-spring beds offer you high comfort (double bed 180 x 200 cm). In the second bedroom, you are free to use both box spring beds (90 x 200 cm each) as a single or double bed. All windows in the house can be darkened by blinds. In all living rooms, a high-quality oak floor and underfloor heating are installed. Also on the ground floor is a spacious daylight bathroom with a large walk-in shower as well as another bright guest bathroom. In the utility room, a washing machine and dryer are available for you to use free of charge, as well as an ironing board and iron. The beautiful, quiet and fully fenced garden invites you to linger. On the terrace you will find a spacious table with six seats as well as a large charcoal grill and two sunbeds. This area is exclusively available to guests of the Watthuus apartment on the ground floor. At the house there is a parking space for the apartment directly to the entrance. The backyard behind is fully fenced. There is a shared equipment shed in the area of the parking spaces. In the equipment shed you will find sand toys, kindergarten furniture and riding equipment for the smallest guests. Here you can also store bicycles. A paved path along the house leads to the terrace. This is not visible from other guests or neighbors. Here you have the opportunity to linger in peace or also to experience beautiful barbecue evenings. All the apartment is wheelchair friendly (large shower, steel ramp for front door and patio door). This property is rented during the Easter and autumn holidays as early as five nights without a fixed changeover day. The apartment is located in tranquil Eilsum, a small district near Greetsiel in East Frisia. Surrounded by extensive meadows and fields, the location offers peace and quiet in the middle of the idyllic East Frisian countryside. The picturesque harbor town of Greetsiel, with its twin mills, cozy cafes and restaurants, is a few minutes drive away and invites you to take walks and excursions. The proximity to the North Sea and the East Frisian Islands makes the region an ideal base for nature experiences and maritime excursions.
