My home is full of character, spacious and extremely comfortable. It is for you to explore, relax and enjoy. I have been a SUPER HOST for several years with nearly 100 great reviews. As this is my home you will find teas/coffees and various items around the kitchen (sometimes local produce, veg, fruit, kefir milk) please help yourself and enjoy…… If you want or need anything then just ask. The space Each room is shown within the photographs and I hope self explanatory….. they have all been recently painted and deep cleaned to a high standard….. There is a king size bed in one room and a single in the other……both are very comfortable Guest access The whole house is yours exclusively and I hope it becomes your home for the duration of your stay. There is three steps at the front door and a small one at the rear Other things to note My home is a 2 bedroom bungalow with living room and kitchen views over Exmouth, the sea and the river Exe. The living room, bathroom, hallway and bedrooms have been recently refurbished. The kitchen and garden have recently been completed to a high standard. Please help yourself to the interior and exterior. The rear garden is totally secure for your pet ! There is a new decking area with garden house to relax and enjoy the sun. There is a modern log burner and you are welcome to use it, provided you have a knowledge of how these work. Ultimately keep the lower lever to the right at all times……… You are welcome to bring your dog with you but please ensure they are kept out of the bedrooms and off furniture. Please don’t leave them alone in the house. !Woodbury common is a beautiful place for dog walks and the main beach has dog walking areas at either end. Dartmoor is a 40 minute drive, as are other beautiful seaside towns such as Topsham, Sidmouth and Budleigh Salterton.
