A great holiday home for up to six people with spacious outdoor areas and only a short stroll to Palm beach. The space Palm Cottage is a comfortable bach with a spacious garden where the kids can play and there is an outdoor dining area with plenty of seating for outdoor entertaining. This beautifully presented property with four bedrooms is set over two levels and can accommodate up to 6 people. There is one full bathroom and an additional toilet and outdoor shower. Palm Cottage is in easy walking distance to stunning Palm Beach and the local cafe, whilst being a short drive to other spectacular beaches and the award winning Waiheke vineyards. Bed configuration: Bedroom 1 - king bed, Bedroom 2 - queen bed, Bedroom 3 - super king bed that can be split into two king singles, bedroom 4 - queen bed. Please note: A $240 clean fee applies to each booking and a compulsory linen fee of $25 per person, per stay. Beach towels can also be hired for $7.50 per person, per stay. Minimum Stays: 7 nights from mid December to mid January, 3 nights all holiday weekends, 2 nights at all other times. The house has both a cot and a highchair. Pets considered upon application and written approval. Apple door play and cameras are not operational while guests are in residence. At Stay Waiheke we offer a wide range of services for guests in residence including provisioning, private cheffing, beach towel hire, transport, tours, child minding and housekeeping.
