The space Come enjoy the newly renovated one bedroom apartment complete with a full premium kitchen (incl. dishwasher), dining area, living room with Smart TV, stylish bathroom with no step rainhead shower, and comfortable sofa bed. The separate master bedroom features a king sized bed, a desk for home office work which pairs perfectly with the fast WIFI and a clothing storage unit. Blue (40m²) is located on the second floor of the house and provides beautiful views of the city wall. Blue is perfect for couples, families, and those looking for a comfortable place to stay during business travel. Blue is fully equipped for you. From bath products to fresh towels and bedding to coffee, you will find everything you need for a wonderful stay. Throughout the entire apartment you'll have fast WIFI. You will also find a shared, free washer and dryer unit in the house. Lovingly renovated and decorated for your enjoyment, we hope this apartment will help you fall in love with Nördlingen as much as we have. Guest access Guests have the entire apartment to themselves. Only the house entryway, main staircase and washer/dryer room are shared. Other things to note Parties, pets, smoking and smoking-like activities (both within the building and within 50m) are prohibited. Bedding provided for sofa bed only when booked for 3-4 guests or upon request for an additional fee. Please note, the apartment is right next to the medieval open air amphitheatre on the city wall, called 'Alte Bastei'. This is a big attraction on it's own and the shows are great to watch if you have the opportunity but we also want to note that in the summer months (especially June & July) there are occasionally shows that will play into the evening.
