Less than 15 minutes to downtown, Magnolia Silos, and Baylor. All new, full-sized kitchen appliances and laundry facilities. The space We want your stay to be a fabulous experience. Please address any concerns with us, and we will do our best to serve you. Guest access You have full access to the house and backyard. You can park cars in the driveway, but the garage is currently unavailable. Other things to note No pets. No smoking. This is addressed in the house rules associated with this listing, but please be aware that we are not allowed to have pets/animals or smoking/vaping of any kind at this property. We have guests who stay here twice each year who have serious allergies leading to severe asthma.
