Our home is located within a 5 min walk to the lake, restaurants and grocery and 30 mile centennial trail.We also have frisbee golf and park right across the street. Backyard has a firepit, hot tub, infrared sauna and cold plunge.Our home is great for families with children as we have a second living/play area upstairs,a bath, 2 bedrooms,2 twin beds, and TV. POLICIES -No pet charge but pet deposit - No smoking - No parties - Must be at least 25 years old to book NOTE:Cat available to snuggle The space Our no fuss floor makes for easy in and out from hot tub and lake time. The covered patio and porches make for still lovely time even on rainy days. The wood stove is cozy for cold days as well as the hot tub to get you relaxed for a nice long sleep. Home is great for families to gather as it is big enough for kiddos and pets to run around and cozy enough for togetherness. Guest access guest may use covered patio, driveway, outdoor fire pit, patio, hot tub, sauna, cold plunge, main floor of home as well as second floor. Other things to note We have two cats, Milo and Otis. They are brothers. Milo is sweet and cuddly and sports a goatee of a sort. Otis is mostly black and has a half mustache:) Otis is very shy. They may or may not come inside just to eat, but they are mostly outside friends.
