A place to enjoy unforgettable moments with family and friends, in a cozy setting designed for the comfort of people of all ages. It is also a small tribute to Grandpa Mauri, the soul and inspiration behind this project. The space The house is rented for 20 people, with a maximum capacity of up to 26 guests. If there are more than 20 people, prior notice is required, and an additional surcharge will apply. The home has 9 double bedrooms, with the option of adding extra beds, as well as a crib for little ones. It has five full bathrooms with showers. It features a fully equipped kitchenette integrated into a cozy living room with a large sofa and a fireplace, ideal for relaxing. In addition, it has a large dining room for 26 people, with a large picture window facing the pool area, providing natural light and exceptional views. Guest access In the outdoor areas, you can enjoy a spectacular 12 x 8 meter (40 x 26 ft) swimming pool, ideal for a leisurely swim, as well as sun loungers for relaxing, a ping-pong table, and bicycles for exploring the surrounding area. In addition, the property has a sun deck on the top floor, next to the bedroom area, perfect for unwinding and enjoying the sun. One of the most special spaces is “El Rinconcito de Isidro,” a 50 m² leisure area equipped with a bar, refrigerated cabinets, arcade games, a dartboard, karaoke, and a music system, all complemented by stunning views. On the lower floor, another 50 m² (538 sq. ft.) are dedicated to the children's area, featuring a play space, a sitting area, and an ideal space for the little ones to enjoy… and for the grown-ups to have a good dance too! In addition, the house has a new paddle tennis court, perfect for paddle tennis enthusiasts, where you can enjoy matches in a pleasant and modern setting.
