Eau Vive welcomes you in the middle of Maubourguet. A peaceful accommodation, close to all shops, the atmosphere is very quiet, the back of the house overlooking a large garden bordered by a small canal, overlooking the countryside. The space A townhouse, close to shops while being set back from the road. On the ground floor: kitchen open to the dining room, a living room equipped to accommodate one person (single bed). Upstairs: a large newly renovated bedroom for 2 people (3rd person possible - 1 single bed), overlooking the garden with private bathroom and toilet. A large modular room: either for one, with a 180 bed (2 90 mattresses assembled), plus 2 other 1 person beds if necessary, or in the form of a shared room with 4 beds for 1 person, a bathroom and private toilet Guest access You will have access to the entire house: the kitchen and living room, the terrace accessible from the living room and the garden in the extension. We welcome you to our house, not to a place dedicated solely to accommodation. We want you to feel at home and count on the respect you will give to this home. Other things to note The rental includes bed linen and towels, but you can also tell us if you do not want it, in which case we can lower the price (€20 discount).
