You will stay in a large, spacious and quiet stone house, which was completely renovated in 2021. The house is located at an altitude of 1200 m in the hamlet of Lescure, an ideal base for walking, cycling, snowshoeing in the great outdoors between the Planèze de Saint-Flour and the Plomb du Cantal, which is the highest point of the largest volcano in Europe. You have the choice between summer pastures, meadows and forests. All this 10-20 min from Murat and Saint-Flour. The space You are staying in a large house, a former farmhouse renovated in 2021, which showcases the noble materials and architectural elements of the region. Located 25 minutes from the A75, it is located in the municipality of Valuéjols - in the hamlet of Lescure - and has a wooded garden, 800m² enclosed. This 2-story building with an area of 150 m² of living space includes: - on the ground floor, the living rooms: a 40m² living room with fireplace and wood stove, a large modern kitchen open to dining room with fireplace and a "dirty" corner, a relaxation area with ping pong table, a laundry room-heater with washing machine and dryer. - on the 1st floor: 2 spacious bedrooms, one with a 160 bed and the other with 2 twin beds of 90, an independent shower room. - on the 2nd floor: a dorm room with 4 beds of 90*200 also twinned, a bathroom. - a separate toilet with hand basin on each level. If needed, you can have a crib + everything you need: high chair, park, bathtub, etc. We provide you with all the modern amenities (wifi internet, connected TV, oven and microwave, dishwasher...) so that you do not miss anything during your stay. Outside there is a children's playground, BBQ, and garden furniture, among others. You enjoy a large private car park. With a capacity of 8 people, it acts as an ideal base, whether you want to recharge your batteries in Cantal for families or friends.
