You will stay in a large, spacious and quiet stone house, which was completely renovated in 2021. The house is located at an altitude of 1200 m in the hamlet of Lescure, an ideal base for walking, cycling, snowshoeing in the great outdoors between the Planèze de Saint-Flour and the Plomb du Cantal, which is the highest point of the largest volcano in Europe. You have the choice between summer pastures, meadows and forests. All this 10-20 min from Murat and Saint-Flour. The space You will stay in a large house, an old farmhouse renovated in 2021, which showcases the noble materials and architectural elements of the region. Located 25 minutes from the A75, it is located in the municipality of Valuéjols - in the hamlet of Lescure - and it has a wooded garden, enclosed 800 m². This 2-story building with a living area of 150 m² includes: - on the ground floor, the living rooms: a 40 m² living room with fireplace and wood stove, a large modern kitchen open to the dining room with fireplace and a "souillarde" corner, a relaxation area with ping-pong table, a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. - on the 1st floor: 2 spacious bedrooms, one with a 160 cm bed and the other with 2 twin beds of 90 cm, a separate shower room. - on the 2nd floor: a dormitory bedroom with 4 beds of 90 x 200 also twinable, a bathroom. - a separate toilet with hand basin on each level.
