A place known as a seaside resort but rich in history, archaeology, nature and food and wine tradition. The space The Villa, a brand new two-story building completely renovated in 2023, is close to the beaches of Circeo and Sabaudia, all of which can also be reached by bicycle. The Villa has large indoor and outdoor spaces, with a beautiful garden, a large patio and relaxation areas. All for the exclusive use of guests, ensuring maximum privacy and tranquility.

 Villa Rossa is also the ideal solution for large groups and multiple families.

 It can be rented as an entire property with 12 luxurious comfortable beds and 6 bathrooms, or it can be rented by smaller groups of people with exclusive spaces either on the Penthouse floor with Terrace or on the ground floor with its Two Private Gardens and Patio. In fact, Villa Rossa with "Casa Lucy" (sleeps 4) and "Casa Pepi" (sleeps 2) on the ground floor and "Casa Zeus"/"Casa Kira" on the top floor (can accommodate 6 people) offers independent solutions, with the possibility of separate access, in soundproofed rooms, thus guaranteeing maximum privacy.

 >>> OUTSIDE THE VILLA:

 The Villa is surrounded by a large garden with tall pines and olive trees, right in the middle of a natural and quiet environment. From the larger garden it is possible to access, with independent entrances, the private gardens of "Casa Lucy" (sleeps 4) and "Casa Pepi" (sleeps 2) located on the ground floor of the Villa. 
The common garden also has some shareable resources such as: 

- a large and beautiful patio with a table for 12 people, overlooking the meadows and green trees
 - a large kitchen accessible directly from the fully equipped patio
 - the barbecue - sun loungers under the trees Other things to note Villa Rossa is Cat & Dog Friendly! The Villa is equipped to accommodate all Guests, even in the company of their furry friend, cat or dog, even of large size, with outdoor spaces dedicated to them, suitably protected and fenced.
