Small but comfortable room. Upstairs. Shared full bathroom. The house is a very old house and when it was built they did not install proper ventilation throughout the house. There are no AC vents that go through the rooms but a personal AC unit will be provided for the comfort of our guest. Small breed dog only allowed. Shared kitchen privileges. Will be able to prepare your own meals and MUST clean up after yourself every time. Shared house entrance. Smoking outside only. The space There will be other guests staying in the rooms downstairs but for now this is the only room upstairs with availability so it’s pretty private. Upstairs area is very hot due to lack of ventilation when house was built but your room will have its own ac unit for your comfort. Guest access Living room is off limits but will have access to kitchen. During your stay Host will be available to assist with any questions or problems you may have.
