We are located 1 mile from beautiful downtown Belleville's restaurants, bars, and shops and the MetroLink train, which takes you to St. Louis, Lambert Airport, and SAFB. Guests will have one entire side of the duplex to themselves during their stay. The unit includes a dining room that opens into a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a full bathroom, and a large bedroom with a king-sized bed. The bedroom has a walk-in closet, dresser drawers, blackout curtains, a ceiling fan, and a comfortable memory foam mattress. Additionally, there is a private laundry unit in the basement. Guests can enjoy the outdoors by relaxing on the covered front porch or grilling in the fully fenced private backyard. Guests will be able to access the property via a smart lock using their own personalized access code upon check-in. We give our guests space and respect their privacy. It's a lively neighborhood with wonderful neighbors walking their dogs, jogging, and tending to their yards. Check out one of Belleville's many annual festivals on the Square or grab a bite at a local restaurant. With friendly neighbors and an entire place to yourself, you'll experience what it feels like to live in Belleville. There are several parks in close proximity (East End Park - 0.5 miles, Laderman Park - 0.7 miles) as well as the MetroLink Bike Trail. You can walk, drive, or take an Uber/Lyft to get around. The MetroLink is a train that runs from Scott Air Force Base through St. Louis all the way to Lambert Airport. The closest MetroLink stop to our place is 1 mile away if you wish to take the train into St. Louis to visit the Arch, catch a Cardinals or Blues game, or check out some of the unique dining spots in St. Louis. PLEASE NOTE: For the protection of both the guests and the property, we have one security camera installed on the front porch of the property. It is turned on 24/7 and records both video and audio.
