The space The detached house has the right amount of privacy to enjoy moments of relaxation with family or friends. it consists of a large garden with a "sunbathing" area, a patio with a table and a large and comfortable sofa where you can dine or enjoy an aperitif at sunset. Behind the house there is the covered garage area and a large green area with fruit trees and plants, the perfect area to observe the incredible starry sky on summer days. The interior of the house consists of: -large living room dining area (with air conditioning) - a fully equipped kitchenette with induction hob A corridor leading to the sleeping area which consists of: - double bedroom with double bed; - bedroom with double sofa bed; (the sleeping area is also equipped with air conditioning. Finally, a small but elegant bathroom complete with everything including a large shower. The fifth bed is intended as a single cot.
