This beautiful sunset hideaway on Lake Winnipesaukee, in Alton Bay, is the perfect retreat. Cozy enough for a couples get away but can sleep and accommodate up to eight. The home is located directly on the lake with dock access, stunning views, and use of the private Black Point neighborhood beach. Note: Starting in 2026, we will no longer be providing linens / sheets for guests. There is 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 2 full beds. We kindly ask guests to bring linens / sheets for the beds. The space Two story, 1940's house perched above the lake offers spectacular views. From the driveway you enter onto the upper level which has the kitchen, dining area, upper living room, master bedroom and full bathroom (not attached to the master). Washer and dryer are located in the full bathroom. Stairs take you down to the lower level which opens up to a family room living space with a large sectional sofa and TV. There is a queen bed in the downstairs den. To the left of the stairs is a cozy room with two double beds, and direct access to the shared bathroom that has a shower. A door located directly at the bottom of the stair leads you outside to the lower patio and provides gorgeous views out to the lake. Guest access Guests will have full access to the house and dock, with the exception of a few lower storage rooms / closets which houses maintenance supplies and personal items.
