The apartment is located on the eastern outskirts of the city, in a side street without through traffic. The bus stop is 200 m away, the bus to the center runs every 10 minutes. The train station is 3 minutes away. By train you can reach the main station in 3 minutes. Within walking distance (about 5 minutes on foot) are various shopping facilities (Lidl, Edeka, pharmacy, bakery, ice cream parlor, pizzeria). Well-kept hiking and walking trails can also be found in the nearby area (5-7 minutes' walk). The space The apartment was completely renovated in 2023. It consists of 2 bedrooms (16 sqm/room), a kitchen (17 sqm), a hallway and a bathroom. Both bedrooms are lockable and can be used as single rooms, so the apartment is ideal for fitters! But couples will also feel comfortable with us. The kitchen is new and fully equipped. Linen, towels, soap and cleaning supplies for the kitchen and bathroom are provided. If necessary, a guest bed/folding bed can be provided for a larger child. The price is for 2 people. A third person for an extra charge.
