Vacation home in Ried

The apartment is located on the eastern outskirts of the city, in a quiet dead-end street. The bus stop is 200 meters away. The bus to the center runs every 10 minutes, and you can reach the center in 10 to 15 minutes. The train station is 3 minutes away (3 minutes to Central station). Within walking distance (about 5 minutes on foot) are various shopping facilities (Lidl, Edeka, pharmacy, bakery, ice cream shop, pizzeria). You can park your car for free and safely next to the apartment; there's always plenty of parking. The space The apartment was completely renovated in 2023. It consists of 2 large bedrooms (16 sqm/room), a kitchen (17 sqm), a hallway and a bathroom. Both bedrooms are lockable and can be used as single rooms. The kitchen is new and fully equipped. Linen, towels, soap and cleaning supplies for the kitchen and bathroom are provided. The price is for 2 persons. A third and fourth person for an extra charge. ATTENTION! In summer the apartment is not heated. For hygiene reasons, we do not use carpets. Other things to note Attention! DO NOT book this apartment if you want a view: you will look partly at the noise barrier and partly at the other gardens in the neighborhood. DO NOT book this apartment if you are looking for ultimate silence in the city: With the window open, you can occasionally hear the train, birds, frogs, neighborhood children and church bells. Otherwise, the windows are soundproof. DO NOT book this apartment if you are used to heating even in summer: Our modern heating system does not start up above 17° above zero, and there is only plenty of hot water for showering. In addition, we strive to keep our rooms cool in the summer. When it gets chilly outside, it is of course very warm in the apartment, as the heating is modern and powerful.
