3 BR Camp on Lake Carmi

3BR camp on Lake Carmi in beautiful northern Vermont. This camp is equipped with 1 queen size bed and 2 full size beds. Our maximum occupancy of the camp/ property is 4 people. The camp comes with direct access to the lake. The back yard allows for fun summer nights around the campfire and in the fall, enjoyment of foliage. The boat launch and State Park are 5 minutes away along with numerous mountains in the area. No parties, events or gatherings allowed. We offer a military discount. The space 3 bedroom Camp, with 2 full beds and a queen bed. This camp has a full bathroom, including hot water and a fully equipped kitchen, with fridge, freezer, oven, stove, microwave , Keurig and all necessary utensils. The camp features an open concept kitchen, dining and living room. The attached deck with lake view features a BBQ grill and outdoor table and chairs to sit and enjoy the sunshine. You will have direct access to the lake, which features steps into the water, allowing for fun times swimming, fishing, kayaking and more. We have 2 kayaks on site for guests to use during their stay. The backyard offers enough room to hang out, relax and enjoy the breeze from the lake. At night, enjoy a nice fire by the fire pit (chairs provided). The camp has a keyless entry, making for an easy check in and check out. The camp has availability for 2 cars in the driveway with additional parking roadside. Parking on the grass is prohibited. Guest access You will have access to the entire camp with the exception of the back room, which will remain locked during your stay. Other things to note Linens and towels will be provided to all guests. Mindfulness is appreciated; this is a camp, not a house, meaning there is a delicate septic system and potential lower water pressure than anticipated at times. We do allow small and medium size pets who are well trained and behaved. We require guests bring crates for their pets in the event that pets are left unattended during the stay at our property. We would like to note that this Camp is not suited for children under 12 years old due to safety risks on or nearby the property (see details for more information). Also, there are stairs to access the front entrance and we do not have a railing; this may be present as a problem for people with mobility issues.
