This adorable mountain cottage is located in the Upper Valley. On the top deck you can experience breath-taking views of the river and mountain. This cozy cottage has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and sleeps 7 guests. No pets at this property, but there is plenty of parking for your ROV trailers. The space The ground floor has a large deck for gathering outside. The top deck boasts amazing views of the river down below. This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. There are 2 bedrooms on the main floor with queen beds. The loft has 4 twin beds where the kids can tell stories of their Red River Adventures.   The home has a full-service kitchen that opens up to the living room, where you’ll find a wood burning stove to keep you toasty on those cool summer nights and chilly winter days.  During the day you can take a short walk and host a picnic down by the river - there is a picnic table ready for use! Get ready to have a marshmallow roasting party at night as there is a fire pit with log seating for your pure enjoyment.  For a larger family, please consider renting our River Breeze property located next door. This home does have High Speed Wifi, Tv's and a DvD player. Cozy Bear is a great choice for those who work remotely. Satellite tv is not provided at this time.  All reservations are subject to our rental terms and conditions and cancellation/refund policy.
