The space The entire apartment was recently renovated and features many "smart" updates while still integrating some of that classic Buffalo charm. It is a spacious 3 bdrm with new, comfortable furniture and mattresses. Updated appliances in the kitchen, 4 different smart tv's throughout, smart lock entrances, nest thermostat, and laundry machines in the basement. There are hardwood floors throughout with tiled floors in the bathroom & kitchen. This is a 2 unit building of which this is the Upper unit. The lower unit is also a furnished Airbnb geared towards 1 month+ stays. Guest access We do not have any off-street parking to offer for our guests. We encourage our guests to park on the street along Carlton street. Due to our close proximity to the medical campuses this street parking can fill up quickly between 9-5. As the medical staff leave their work around 5 the parking becomes much more easily available. Worst case if you need to find parking between 9-5 you may have to park a few blocks away. There is also a paid parking ramp about 2 blocks away which costs $9 for up to 24 hours, they do not offer any weekly/monthly parking passes. Looking for something different? This is not known as one of Buffalo's "established" neighborhoods and is an up and coming neighborhood. You may see residents in the neighborhood who look rough and some properties that need serious work. In recent years, due to rebranding as Medical Park and encouragement from Buffalo for the construction of medical campuses in the neighborhood, there has been much investment. But there is still much opportunity for the neighborhood to improve. We are located only a 5-10 minute drive from Buffalo's Elmwood Village and Allentown neighborhoods which are the places to be for boutique restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Our guests get to enjoy a super comfortable stay while being very close to the best neighborhoods in the city-without having to pay the premium of actually staying there!
