Kiwi room-Quiet and brand new with reserve view

Our home is brand new and cosy, with a peaceful view of the reserve. It is all convenient for your needs: 3 minutes to the highway and train station, close to Local Superette, Chemist, Countdown supermarket and retail precinct, restaurants, Songbird café, coastal walkway, cycling route across riverfront. The space There is plenty of on-road parking, and we provide Wi-Fi access. Guest access Your room will be located upstairs, along with shared lounge, bathroom, and toilet. While we don't allow guests to use the kitchen, we do offer a microwave, kettle and toaster. With permission, guests can do simple instant cooking like noodles without using a stove. Other things to note In addition to other guests that may be staying, please note my family and I also live in the space. Pets are not allowed. All of the rooms are nonsmoking.
