Private entry to apartment with 3 private bedrooms, 2 private bathrooms (a full and a 3/4), an open living/dining / kitchen area. with expansive views across rolling farm fields to the Green Mts. Nestled among my neighbors pastures of Philo Ridge Farm, a 567 acre organically managed farm. This is where my honey bees forage. Enjoy long nature walks and nordic skiing out our back door. The large yard is shared with resident hosts. Free parking for 2 passenger cars max. No Large trucks! The space Private entry to foyer, 3 private bedrooms, 2 private bathrooms ( a full & a 3/4 ), a well appointed kitchenette, and a living dinning area in the upstairs of our home. The kitchen is way more than a "kitchenette" though not a full kitchen. (2 people per room) The East Room can be set up as a king bed or as 2 twins. Please let us which way you want the bed(s) configured at the time y of reservation. The West Room has a King bed. The Side Room has two twin beds. These can easily be pushed together for "closeness" but linnens will remain twin. The Side Room is 10'x10' so walking space is tight when the beds are side by side. Guest access Includes: Private entry and private use of the upstairs of our home. Make yourselves at home in the back yard as well. We reserve the back deck and porch as well as a 25' distance off the easterly and southerly edge of the building for our private use. Other things to note If you would like learning more about our honey or our honey bees please feel free to ask. Our honey is available for sale. We often have a surplus of herbs, salad greens and string beans free for pick your own. If you would like to use the solo stove let us know so that we can make sure there is dry firewood.
