Bluewater Stays…Quiet, Safe and Prime Location.

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. Old Town and many fantastic restaurants and souvenirs shops are a short walk away. During inclement weather, spoil yourselves with the built-in dry sauna in the main bathroom. Free parking for two vehicles and a trailer. No worries about your vehicle doors being banged. Big space! There’s a recreational room with Futon couch, Foosball table and electric piano. The loft above, has a couple beds, dresser, desk and chair. The space Located in one of the most sought-after areas in the town, you’ll have a perfect place to stage your stay. The entrance leads you into the dining area, kitchen and Living room. The Master bedroom is just to the right behind the French doors. You’ll find a very comfortable queen-size bed with both night tables with both power and USB outlets in the lamps. A couple of rattan chairs and a dresser. Just past the sleeping area, you’ll find a large walk-in closet. In the back corner is the bathroom with a shower and best of all, a dry sauna. The second bedroom has two twin-sized beds and nightstands with lamps which have USB outlets on their bases. A backdoor to the patio is also here. Coming out of the bedroom, you’ll head down the hallway past a full bathroom, a utility room with a sink and a stacked Washer and Dryer. At the end of the hallway is the office which has both power and USB outlets on top of the flat desk. Drop down 4 stairs into the Recreation room, there is a Queen-sized sofa/bed, electric Yamaha piano and large TV. There is a Foosball table to see who the scoring champion of the coast is! Head upstairs is the loft with two twin size beds, a dresser and a desk with chair. There’s also a comfortable roll-a-way bed if you need more sleeping arrangements. Just let me know. Both TV’s have basic cable. Netflix, Prime and a few other channels are available by logging into your account. Some are already available for viewing. Comfortable heating and air conditioning is handled by two Ductless units. Bathrooms have their own heaters. The Information sheet left on the dining room table has some great information for you to look over. I’m a great resource too. Recycling is stressed. There is a glass container and another bin for paper, cardboard and certain plastics. All must be clean before depositing in the receptacles. The back yard has a water bottle and soda can receptacle as well. Please help to keep Florence clean. The Informational Book has even more items about the local area. He was the one who discovered the world-famous Sea Lion Caves. There are also 13 lakes in the area and the Siuslaw River as well. To get a feel of how far away your place from Bay Street is, I took 150 steps to reach it. It’s a great buffer from the nightlife sounds after you’re ready to retire for the evening. Enjoy a quiet evening in a fantastic location. The Siuslaw River is just south of your stay. Relax on either of the decks. Start an easy conversation with about any of those passing by the front porch. Look over the Guest Book to check out various places and trails to escape to. Winter months, while normal drizzle is falling, are a good time to visit the local coffee shops. There are some exceptional souvenir shops and art galleries nearby. Local artists are exceptional! You'll also hear a sound in the background. It is from the waves pounding the shore. If after a full day of perusing the area, the dry sauna will soothe your aching muscles. ADDITIONAL GUEST(S).
