NEWLY updated! King size bed! Perfect location close to all the fun yet tucked away enough to get some R&R after having fun at the local hot spots! 1.3 miles from Lake Cadillac, 1.7 miles from Mitchell State Park. 1/3 of mile from the White Pine Trail head to hop on a bike for some outdoor time. Three kayaks & vests ready for relaxing time in nature. Fire pit & outdoor grill. Enjoy our wonderful local restaurants & be back “home” within minutes. Large grassy yard front & back to frolic in! The space 2.5 acres of field & forest, gorgeous sunsets. Rural gravel driveway long enough for multiple cars to park, boat parking and even a separate gravel pad for camper parking (RV park & plug in is additional charge depending on length of stay, please inquire). Guest access Entire home & large yard. No neighbors on either side! Other things to note This is a semi-rural area (although VERY close to town, Just a few feet outside the city limits). So there can be wildlife seen, maybe the occasional pest (we do spray for these yearly but its the country, yall!). There is an active farm field across the road. It has a gravel driveway, long enough to accommodate a few vehicles. There is an owners tool shed & enclosed fort on the property that are not accessible/safe for guest use. There is also a patio dining set available on the back deck seasonally (May-Oct) for enjoying the outdoors! For stays 2+ days we will need to access the outdoor property to maintain grass and water the flowers in the flower boxes attached to the house. We will ALWAYS reach out beforehand to see if there is a convenient time for us to do so. For longer stays 10 days or more there is a deeper cleaning fee. Mid stay cleanings are available for an additional charge. A small amount of soaps, coffee, dishwasher & washing machine detergents and paper products are supplied, any more needed beyond the portioned amount is guest responsibility, there is a Dollar General less than 3 minutes away for conveniences and has just about any supplies you many need. There is a vacuum, iron/ironing board, drip coffee maker, electric tea kettle, knife block, stocked spice rack for your convenience.
