Upstairs guest can enjoy a spacious and nicely equipped kitchen with everything you would need for an extended stay. The bedrooms upstairs features queen size beds (bed linens provided). The full bathroom upstairs has towels, tissues, shampoo/conditioner and soap. The downstairs has another living room and a bedroom with bunk bed. Outside patio is fenced and private and has a grill for guests to enjoy. Other things to note Must be 21 or older to rent this house Fireplace can't be used Quiet hours 10 pm - 8 am No parties or events - $500 fine No excessive noise/ loud music- $200 fine No smoking/ no vaping/ no drug use- $200 fine No late check-outs (unless allowed by the host) - late fee is $50 per each 30 mins past check-out time. The house must be returned in relatively the same condition, i.e. no excessive trash/decorations left/no spills/ no damage/ no missing items. Violators will be removed from the property without refund or/and fined. The person who created the reservation is responsible for any rules violations.
