The space The Space Enjoy Florida living in this bright, top-floor unit with the convenience of elevator access. The living room and private balcony feature a desirable Southwest exposure, providing plenty of natural light and peaceful, elevated views. Resort Amenities As our guest, you will have full access to the Turtle Lake clubhouse and amenities. This includes a large Heated Saltwater Pool, Sauna, Clubhouse with billiard and social areas, and the HOA office where you can pick up your parking sticker and reloard your laundry card. It is a wonderful, quiet community for a seasonal stay. Kitchen and Dining The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essential kitchenware, dishes, and utensils you will need for your stay. Please note: there is no dishwasher in this unit. Beach Ready We want your beach days to be stress-free! Guests have full access to our storage unit (located next to the elevator), which includes beach chairs, an umbrella, and a beach cart for easy transport. Value-Add Perk Ask us about our available rental cars that include a Collier County beach parking sticker! This allows you to park for free at our world-class local beaches. Guest access Entire apartment, pool, clubhouse, laundry room, and storage. When you arrive, please stop by the clubhouse for a parking pass (free and mandatory) and a pool pass. Other things to note Electricity is included up to $80/mo ( average is $60/mo) *** HOA Registration & Parking (Mandatory) *** The HOA requires a simple guest registration, which is standard in Naples. Registration: The HOA needs your basic information and a color copy of your ID at least 14 days before check-in. I will email you a Docusign form upon booking; it only takes 5 minutes to complete. Minimum Stay: Per HOA rules, the minimum rental period is 90 days (this includes the necessary time for cleaning and restocking). Parking: The unit includes 1 assigned parking spot. If you plan to use it, you must stop by the office within 3 days of your arrival to pick up your mandatory parking sticker. *** Guest Policy *** All guests staying overnight must be listed on the reservation. No unregistered overnight guests are allowed. *** Unit & Community Amenities *** Laundry: A Money Card is provided for the community laundry room. You can add funds to it at the clubhouse (cash only, maximum $20 bills). Kitchen Note: Please note that there is no dishwasher. Key Replacement: The key that provides access to the pool, clubhouse, laundry room, and storage is very expensive; there is a $250 replacement charge if lost.
