What I love about the space is that it is perfect for 2-3 people, has golf course views, lots of light, close to everything, is on the top floor with an elevator, quiet, and close to Clam Pass Beach. Stores are within walking distance, and Costco is a 2-minute drive. And when you're ready for a day at the beach, Clam Pass Beach is only 5 minutes away with a fun golf cart service to take you to the beach. The space This top-floor unit is served by an elevator. The living room and private balcony are southwest-facing, providing sun and great views. The kitchen is fully stocked with all necessary kitchenware, dishes, and utensils for your stay (please note: there is no dishwasher at this time, though we plan to install one next summer). We also provide beach chairs, a beach cart, and an umbrella in the storage unit for your convenience. Value-Add Perk: Ask us about our available rental cars that include a Collier County beach parking sticker! Guest access Entire apartment, pool, clubhouse, laundry room, and storage. When you arrive please stop by the clubhouse for a parking pass (free, and mandatory) and a pool pass. Other things to note *** Custom Cancellation Policy *** Full Refund: For cancellations made up to 120 days before check-in. - Booked Less Than 120 Days Out: Full refund if canceled within 48 hours of booking and at least 60 days before check-in. - 50% Refund: Available up to 60 days before check-in. - No Refund: After the 60-day mark. *** HOA Registration & Parking (Mandatory) *** The HOA requires a simple guest registration, which is standard in Naples. Registration: The HOA needs your basic information and a color copy of your ID at least 14 days before check-in. I will email you a Docusign form upon booking; it only takes 5 minutes to complete. Minimum Stay: Per HOA rules, the minimum rental period is 30 days (this includes the necessary time for cleaning and restocking). Parking: The unit includes 1 assigned parking spot. If you plan to use it, you must stop by the office within 3 days of your arrival to pick up your mandatory parking sticker. *** Guest Policy *** All guests staying overnight must be listed on the reservation. No unregistered overnight guests are allowed. *** Unit & Community Amenities *** Laundry: A Money Card is provided for the community laundry room. You can add funds to it at the clubhouse (cash only, maximum $20 bills). Kitchen Note: Please note, there is currently no dishwasher. We plan to install one next summer. Key Replacement: The key that accesses the pool, clubhouse, laundry room, and storage is very expensive; there is a $250 replacement charge if lost.
