Spacious apartment with air conditioning

A Cá de Ránso is nestled in the hills of Ranzo, ideal for those who want to alternate days at the sea with excursions in the Ligurian hinterland. Enjoy the tranquillity in this house equipped with air conditioning, a kitchen, a living room with a TV and a double sofa bed, two bedrooms with queen-size beds, and a terrace. We recommend reaching us by car because although Ranzo is bus-connected, infrequent bus passages could limit your holiday. CITRA: 008048-LT-0013 The space The apartment is located on the first floor of a two-story building. We live on the second floor and are available for questions and advice. Access to the building is through the shared entrance; otherwise, the apartment is completely independent. All rooms are very spacious and equipped with large windows and doors, ideal for those who want to rest while watching TV in another room :) We can accommodate six people. We have two rooms with queen size beds and a double sofa bed in the living room. The bathroom has a washing machine that you are free to use and a washing machine soap drying rack. We have air conditioning in all the rooms. OUTDOOR SPACE The kitchen overlooks a terrace with a table and chairs, where you can enjoy meals with a garden view. WI-FI Fibre broadband is unavailable in our area, and we rely on Wind portable Wi-Fi. You can see the signal strength in the photo gallery. Guest access During your stay, you will have the entire apartment at your disposal, including the use of the kitchen and washing machine. Each bedroom has a double bed and the living room has a double sofa bed. To ensure a pleasant and well-maintained experience, we will keep only one of the bedrooms open for bookings made by one or two guests. This allows us to optimise cleaning and maintenance while providing ample space and comfort during your stay. If the booking is for two guests and they wish to sleep in separate rooms, there will be an additional charge of 20,00 € per night.
