The location is excellent as the room is located in the center, a short distance from all points of interest, such as the Tourist Port and the Villa Comunale at 5 minutes on foot and the Cathedral at 10 minutes. and in the vicinity of renowned restaurants such as Casa Sgarra and Gallo Restaurant. Possibility of parking space on request and for a fee. The space The interior space is organized as follows: - BEDROOM I with double bed, wardrobe, TV 40", split A/C and access to the balcony; - BEDROOM II with double sofa bed, TV 40", small fridge and split A/C; - BATHROOM with shower, washbasin, bidet and WC; - BALCONY. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, independent heating, air conditioning (a split in both rooms), drying rack (a wire on the balcony), hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Possibility to use a parking space in a fenced area with access from an automated gate, about 150 meters from the property, subject to availability and payment on site. Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee). It is possible to arrange directly in the hotel, upon payment in cash on site, the daily cleaning of the accommodation and a breakfast voucher to be used in a café in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation.
