Baywood Casita- kids, dogs, hot tub

A California casita with rustic Alaskan accents. This cozy and fully stocked home is kid and dog friendly, features a hot tub, and has views of Morro Rock and the bay from the front yard. A short bike ride to restaurants and situated on a dead end street to the Elfin Forest, perfect for sunset walks on the boardwalk. A few minute drive to the amenities of Los Osos and Morro bay, 15 minutes to Cal Poly, and 20 minutes to Edna Valley wine country. The space Our home is a perfect place for family gatherings on sunny (and foggy) summer days, especially families who love to travel with their little ones and furry friends. We raised our two babies in this home and recently moved 2 blocks away. We have two young sons so there are lots of amenities for small tykes- a crib and pack n play, strollers, toys, etc. Don’t pack it when you can just use ours! While we hope you enjoy your stay and celebrate in our home, we also expect that our guest respect the neighborhood and keep noise and parking to a minimum. This means no excessively barking dogs, no dogs left unattended, and no gatherings of 10 people or more. Please no cats, my husband is extremely allergic. Guest access We have fully stocked our home for your enjoyment: 2 adult size bikes, locks and helmets Canoe, paddle and life jackets ( please request in advance) Beach gear- ice chest, towels, chairs, umbrella. Guest towels- 6 bath, 4 wash cloth, 3 hand, and 2 beach towels Linens- All beds have linens and there are additional sheets for the couch provided. Kids stuff- a crib, pack n play, toys, stroller and more are all available for use. Kitchen tools- Baking dishes, blender, etc. all these tools are available for your use. Soap- Dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, bath wash, hand soap and laundry detergent are all provided in their appropriate places. Spices and oils- feel free to use the staple stuff if needed. HOT TUB- Don't forget your suit, just make sure to rinse off oil and lotions before you get in to keep it clean during your stay. Other things to note Our house is perfect for those that love the outdoors. Montana De Oro is nearby, there are numerous trail heads and bike paths, kayaking, surfing, SUP'ing, beach access, and our front yard is perfect for those that want to BBQ and have a nice outdoor dinner.
