Oceanside studio west of coast highway, 1 block to the restaurants, breweries and shops of Downtown Oceanside, 4 block walk to beautiful Oceanside Beach. Off-street, alley parking for 1 car. This is a 2nd floor studio accessed by a steep flight of stairs (please see picture to ensure staircase will not be a concern). We are also close to the train which can be noisy. The space There is king sized bed, full kitchen, a/c and a 55” TV, so you have a relaxing and comfortable space after a day out at the beach or sightseeing. Please keep in mind that the apartment is up a steep flight of stairs (pictured). We provide beach towels, beach chairs and an umbrella. The kitchen is stocked with basics like olive oil, salt, pepper and coffee. There is a desk and high speed internet if you need to get some work done during your stay. The TV has Netflix, Hulu, Disney+ and HBO (no cable). Guest access Guests can access the yard and the upstairs apartment. Other things to note Trash Day is Friday
