The Rainey House-Historic Downtown Franklin, TN

Step back in history with a stay at the Rainey House! Set in the heart of the antique district, you’ll find yourself within walking distance to all that Downtown Franklin has to offer. The space Built in 1839 and restored to its original condition in 1970, you’ll find the original poplar floors, fireplaces, and ambiance of the Rainey House to be a lovely and restful space. Guest access The original property contained the main brick house, the smoke house and outbuildings. You will be staying in the main house! You will have access to ample parking and our large yard, perfect for resting or playing croquet!
